1. Overview

Our Return and Refund Policy aims to ensure your satisfaction, while respecting applicable consumer protection laws (including the EU Right of Withdrawal) and the limitations of the dropshipping model.

2. Return Period

2.1. Right of Withdrawal (Regret/Change of Mind): The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase and request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. 2.2. Defective/Wrong Products: For products received damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, the Customer must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt.

3. Return Conditions

3.1. Product Condition: The product must be returned unused, in the original condition in which it was received, and in the original packaging, if possible. 3.2. Proof of Purchase: The receipt or proof of purchase (order number) must be presented. 3.3. Exclusions: We do not accept returns for personalized items, perishable goods, or sealed personal hygiene/health products that have been opened.

4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

4.1. Notification: Contact us by email at vendas@verdeprimes.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 4.2. Shipping Instructions: Since we operate under dropshipping, the return address is NOT in Mozambique. We will provide you with the instructions and the Supplier’s return address (which may be in Europe, China, or another location). 4.3. Return Costs: * Regret (Right of Withdrawal): The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return to the Supplier’s address. * Defect/Error: Verde Primes, Lda. will cover the costs of the return or provide a pre-paid shipping label, or, more frequently, offer a refund or reshipment without the need for return (at our discretion).

5. Refunds

5.1. After we receive confirmation of the return or proof of damage/defect from the Supplier, we will process your refund. 5.2. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the refund is approved.

6. Non-Arrived Items (Excessive Delays)

If an order is not delivered within 45 business days from the shipping date and tracking does not show a recent update, the Customer may request a free reshipment of the product or a full refund.
