1. Parties and Subject of the Contract
1.1. Seller: Verde Primes, Lda. (shop.verdeprimes.com), headquartered at Matundo Neighbourhood, Tete City, Mozambique.
1.2. Customer: Any natural or legal person who makes a purchase through the online store.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and sale of products and the use of services offered by shop.verdeprimes.com.
2. Nature of the Transaction (Dropshipping Model)
2.1. shop.verdeprimes.com operates under the dropshipping model. This means we do not keep physical stock of the products.
2.2. By placing an order, the Customer agrees that Verde Primes, Lda. acts as an intermediary, subcontracting the dispatch and delivery to third-party suppliers (Dropshipping Suppliers) located globally (primarily Europe and Asia).
2.3. The Customer acknowledges that the product will be sent directly from the Supplier’s warehouse to the Customer’s address.
3. Prices, Payment, and Availability
3.1. Prices: All prices are listed in the Customer’s local currency (depending on their location) and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are added separately at checkout.
3.2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of order. We accept (Mention your payment processors here: E.g.: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
3.3. Availability: shop.verdeprimes.com strives to ensure availability but cannot guarantee that all listed products are always in stock with the supplier. In case of unavailability after payment, the Customer will be notified and will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
4. Shipping, Delivery Times, and Risks
4.1. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout (E.g.: 7 to 25 business days).
4.2. Delays: The Customer accepts that delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen supplier circumstances are beyond our responsibility.
4.3. Tracking: A tracking code will be provided for all orders, allowing the Customer to monitor the shipment.
4.4. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer at the moment the product is delivered to the carrier by the Supplier.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Verde Primes, Lda. is not the manufacturer of the products sold and limits its liability.
5.2. Responsibility for product defects or warranties lies primarily with the Manufacturer/Supplier, although Verde Primes, Lda. undertakes to coordinate returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with its Return Policy.
